All orders are final and we do not offer refunds.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  If anything in your order arrived damaged or an item is incorrect/missing,  please contact us for support.

At this time, we only offer postal services on all orders.

Absolutely.  We will do our best to accommodate requests where we can and encourage you to let us know any preferences when you place your order.

How do I watch a TikTok add-on that I purchased?

We'll post this to the bookish bits page.  Leave your TikTok handle in the comments section when you place your order and we'll tag you.  On some occasions, we may post your order ahead of posting your video due to editing time and we want your order to be sent to you without delays.
